2025 - 2026 Objectives

Community - Jack Pollock & Kendall Von Conas - co chairs.

To assign Club members to lead each activity.
To execute professionally the approved community service projects listed on the calendar.
To plan and execute 3 fundraisers in the 25-26 year to raise $150,000 for charities or RI Foundation and $50,000 for our Foundation.
To execute, along with Hugh, the Youth Basketball Events in March/April.
To Invite 1 Prospective Member to a Club Function.

Club Service -

Membership - Cynthia Torres - Suki Sir

To Develop a Marketing Plan by August Board meeting.
To Grow Membership 4 Members per quarter.
To Author & Initiate and hold 3 orientation sessions within the 25-26 year.
To substitute for President when he is indisposed (on vacation!)
To Invite 1 Prospective Member to a Club Function.

Family of Rotary - Diane Moss

To schedule and manage Channel Island assignments each meeting.
To contact Rotarians for special occasions and hardships as they occur.

Treasurer - Marty Moss

To produce an accurate financial report each month.
To produce a financial manual for the Club by August Board meeting.
To manage billing and bill membership quarterly in advance.
To Invite 1 Prospective Member to a Club Function.
To follow manual procedures as set forth in CR and financial manual.

Secretary - Gary Davis

To execute all secretarial duties as set forth in the Bylaws and CR.
To produce Board minutes and publish each month to ClubRunner.
To maintain ClubRunner information.
To Invite 1 Prospective Member to a Club Function.

Programs - Josh Carsman

To recruit and schedule programs for every meeting quarterly in advance.
To Invite 1 Prospective Member to a Club Function.

Web Master - Social Media - Josh Carsman

To manage weekly the website information and postings.
To post weekly updates on social media platforms, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
To Invite 1 Prospective Member to a Club Function.

Social Events - Cindy Kroeger

To schedule and execute 6 social/networking events for the club spread out throughout the 25-26 year.
To manage the annual Holiday and Step Down events.
To Invite 1 Prospective Member to a Club Function.

District Awards - Marta Brown

To track Club performance of all the measurement indicators for District awards and report progress each quarter.
To Invite 1 Prospective Member to a Club Function.

Vocational Service - Hugh McManigal

To execute, along with Kendall, the Youth Basketball Events in March/April 2026.
To organize with Youth Services Chair – Carrer Day at a local school.
To Invite 1 Prospective Member to a Club Function.

New Generations (Youth) - Dennis Longwill -Melanie Cota

To supervise and oversee 2 Interact Clubs throughout the year.
To recruit and train a New Generations chair for 26-27.
To select at least 4 RYLA participants from our Interact clubs early in 2026.
To recruit and select scholarships for awarding in spring of 2026. Number and amount TBD.
To Invite 1 Prospective Member to a Club Function.

International - Marta Brown - Bon Wakam

To work with Bon on continuing autism program in Cameroon throughout the year.
To select 1 international project and develop a plan for our Club to partner with by January.
To work with Board and Rotary South foundation to assure 100% Paul Harris Foundation participation for the year 2025-26.
To present to the Club, the PHD program and solicit at least 20% of the Club participation by January 2026.
To achieve 100% members Paul Harris Fellows for 25-26
To Invite 1 Prospective Member to a Club Function.

Club Foundation - Sam Monroe

To lead the Club Foundation per bylaws.
To consider each request from the Club and apply for District grants as needed.
To Invite 1 Prospective Member to a Club Function.
